Facial Expressions, Inc. Permanent Cosmetic Center and Education Associates is co-owned and operated by Cynthia L. Martin, RN, ADN, CDT and Julie K. Martin-Hilaski, LE, CDT, both members in excellent standing of the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP).  We have been providing permanent cosmetic services and training to the Grand Rapids area and the Midwest since 1992 in West Michigan’s first Registered Nurse (RN) operated center.

Cynthia Martin has over

16 years of experience performing permanent cosmetics, cosmetic tattooing services and training.  Additionally, she holds the following certifications in an ongoing effort to stay on the cutting edge in

her field: 

American Institute of Permanent Color Technology (AIPCT)

Beau Institute Certification

Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP)

American Academy of Micropigmentation

Cynthia Martin has been featured in Wood TV 8’s Health Beat,

WZZM-13, the Lansing State Journal, Cosmetech Magazine and

has appeared as a guest speaker at the American Institute of Permanent Color Technology (AIPCT) along with various local women’s groups and organizations.

 

Julie Martin-Hilaski has over

5 years of experience performing permanent cosmetics and cosmetic tattooing services.  She holds her State License of Esthetics specializing in make up application techniques and has received advanced training from the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) in Toronto, Canada with a focus in areola repigmentation. Julie also holds her Derma Technician Certification through the completion of her apprenticeship under Cynthia Martin at Facial Expressions, Inc..  Julie has established long term relationships and currently works with several prominent plastic surgeons in West Michigan.
